I want to return (part of) my order, how does that work?
It is possible to return part or all of your order within 2 weeks of receiving it. However, the condition is that an item must be unopened, as we cannot accept opened products due to hygiene regulations. If you wish to return an unopened item, please contact us at support@moquer.com, so that we are aware. The costs and risks of the return shipment are your responsibility. After inspection, you can expect the refund within a week in the same payment method used for the purchase.

Can I get an invoice for my order?
Yes, you can. Simply send us an email at support@moquer.com. By default, we do not send invoices to keep the number of emails to a minimum, as we already send an order confirmation and a tracking email.
How do I know if my payment was successful?
