What happens with my package when I am not at home?

When you are not at home, there are a few scenarios. It is possible they will try to deliver your order at the neighbours and then they will leave you a note. Or they come back for a second delivery attempt. Another options is that your order is being brought to a collection point where you can retrieve it for about 2 weeks before it will be shipped back to our warehouse. Another option is that they will hold your package until you make a delivery appointment for a new delivery attempt. In many cases it will also be possible to pick another delivery options in the app of your local delivery service. It depends per country.
