I received the wrong item, what should I do?
It’s, of course, very unfortunate if you’ve received the wrong product, but this can occasionally happen as our packing process is handled by people. If this has occurred, please email us as soon as possible at
support@moquer.com. Make sure to include your order number and name so we can quickly locate your order. Never send anything back to our return address without contacting us first, as we won’t be able to compensate you. If the mistake was on our end, we will provide a return label at our expense.
If you ordered the wrong item yourself, the cost and risk of the return shipment is your own. We are unable to provide a return label in these cases.
